1. Service Overview

Codebrae is an AI-powered platform that enables users to generate single-file, self-contained, front-end micro apps through natural language prompts. Our Build Engine processes your requests and generates applications in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript format. All applications are minimal yet immersive tools designed to run entirely in your browser without heavy API services.

2. Platform Capabilities and Limitations

2.1 What You Can Build

Our platform generates front-end micro apps based on prompts of up to 300 characters. Applications are created as single-file, self-contained solutions that perform specific operations efficiently. Examples include creative tools (Pixel Painter, Photo Editor, 3D Model Viewer), productivity apps (Flashcard Trainer, Expense Manager, PDF Viewer), and media utilities (Voice Recorder, Audio Equalizer, Image Compressor).

2.2 Platform Restrictions

The following types of applications cannot be built on Codebrae:

• Applications requiring backend services or databases
• Applications requiring API keys or external API services
• Full-stack applications
• Heavy or complex applications that exceed single-page scope
• Clones of existing platforms or well-known services
• Applications containing sexually explicit or NSFW content
• Malicious, misleading, or misinformative applications
• Applications that can only function as prototypes (e.g., real-time messengers)

2.3 API Key Responsibility

Any use of API keys in applications is strictly prohibited within our platform. If you choose to manually add API keys after exporting your application, all responsibility for their use lies solely with you and is not associated with Codebrae or Syntex.

3. AI Generation and Quality

Our platform is currently in beta. While our Build Engine is designed to maximize quality and minimize errors, artificial intelligence is inherently unpredictable. We estimate that approximately 70% of generations will meet quality standards, though results may vary.

4. Platform Features

4.1 App Generation

Submit prompts to generate new micro apps. Your prompts are refined and processed through Build Engine before being submitted to our AI model.

4.2 App Assist

Make adjustments to existing micro apps through AI-assisted prompts, including language changes, color palette modifications, design refinements, and responsiveness fixes.

4.3 Auto-Fixes

Automatically fix issues, syntax errors, and bugs in your micro apps with AI assistance, improving appeal, responsiveness, and interactivity.

4.4 Hosting Service

Host your micro apps through our injection-based system. Hosted applications:

• Are accessible via unique URLs that you can share with others
• Are not indexed by search engines or web crawlers
• Do not support custom domains or SEO services
• Can be made public or private at any time
• Can be updated after publication

4.5 File Export

Pro plan users can export micro apps as HTML files for local use and modification.

5. User Accounts

5.1 Registration Methods

You may register using:

• Google Sign-Up: Authenticate with your Google account
• Email and Password: Manual registration with email verification

5.2 Required Information

All users must provide:

• A unique username (letters, numbers, and underscores only)
• Date of birth
• Email address (verified)
• Full name or display name (for manual registration)

5.3 Data Privacy

6. Subscription Plans

6.1 Free Plan

• No payment required
• Fixed quotas for app generation, auto-fixes, App Assist, and hosted apps
• Quotas do not reset and are permanently assigned to your account
• No file export capability

6.2 Pro Plan

• Monthly subscription with cross-currency support
• Significantly expanded rate limits
• File export capability
• Quotas reset monthly upon subscription renewal
• Cancellable at any time

7. Rate Limiting

All plans include rate limiting based on token usage across four categories:

• App Generation
• Auto-Fixes
• App Assist
• Hosted Apps

Rate limits vary by subscription tier and are designed to ensure fair platform usage.

8. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not:

• Generate applications with sexually explicit or NSFW content
• Create malicious, misleading, or misinformative applications
• Attempt to clone existing platforms or services
• Request applications that exceed platform capabilities
• Abuse rate limits or attempt to circumvent restrictions
• Use the platform for any illegal purposes

9. Limitation of Liability

Codebrae and Syntex provide the platform "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Quality or functionality of AI-generated micro apps
• Bugs, errors, or issues in generated code
• Data loss or corruption
• Unauthorized use of API keys by users
• Any damages arising from platform use

10. Beta Status

Codebrae is currently in beta. Features, capabilities, and limitations are subject to change. We are actively working to improve the platform and minimize generation issues.

11. Changes to Terms

These Terms of Service may be updated at any time, particularly following the platform launch in October 2025. Changes will be:

• Announced within the platform
• Communicated via email to registered users
• Effective immediately upon publication

Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service or engage in prohibited conduct.
